Flowers Captures Lead Early To Defeat DuVal Tigers Varsity
DuVal Tigers Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 13-3 loss to Flowers on Tuesday. Flowers scored on a single by Whitehead and a stolen base in the first inning.
The DuVal Tigers Varsity struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Flowers, giving up 13 runs.
Flowers opened up scoring in the first inning. Espinosa was hit by a pitch, driving in a run.
