OFF-SEASON WORKOUT SCHEDULES…..

Several Winter Sports are already beginning their voluntary off-season workouts through open gym and/or open weight room/conditioning….

The Schedules are as follows…

Girls Basketball:

Mondays – Open Gym 4:30 – 6:30pm @ Small Gym & Open Weight Room 6pm – 7pm

Thursdays – Open Gym 5:30 – 7:30pm @ Small Gym & Open Weight Room 6pm – 7pm

Boys Basketball:

Mondays – Open Weight Room 3:30 – 5pm & Open Gym 6:30 – 8:30pm @ Small Gym

Wednesdays – Open Weight Room 5pm – 6pm & Open Gym 6 – 8pm @ Large Gym

*Signed Parental Permission Slip is attached and is needed in order to attend….please provide completed form to your supervising coach.
